The first time I saw pictures of this shop I was floored! There is almost no words to describe the talent with the way they mix the old and new. It may sound funny but after seeing their shop in Romantic Homes Magazine and the below photos from their site, I actually went around my home tossing everything that didn't belong with the soft muted tones color scheme they have. All of my red toile, bright yellows and buffalo check went straight to storage! I started buying every shell I could get my hands on, linen by the bolts, etc. etc. Put it this way....... If I had the money I would literally buy everything they have for sale!
When I finally get my antique mall booth going, this store will be a huge part of my inspiration, except for the linens. I plan to sell only vintage and antique.
Years ago I found a pure white peacock on ebay and fell in love with it....well my family didn't agree and didnt want the huge white bird laying around the house, so I didn't buy it.......BIG MISTAKE! They show one right in the window of their shop! And its sooooo wonderful. Take it from me readers if something speaks to you, buy it and don't look back. Enjoy......
