Flower Power!

Another one of my biggest inspirations right now is Flowers! Especially when the weather grows dark and dismal like today, I find myself snuggled into my down comforters atop my sealy posterpedic comforter and watch Project Runway to escape. The dreary Rochester weather often makes me dream of beautiful colors like you saw in the art of the last entry, and I often find color inspiration in flowers as well. I love everything about them, whether it is smell, memories or color. Even shape. Here's some of my favorites right now.

Hello!
Hope everyone is having as great a holiday as me! To update you all on the last post, I did end up putting up my black wrought iron headboard, (FINALLLY!!!) and I'm so so so happy. I decluttered my room a bit and it looks so much better and coordinated my bed linens and tapestries. I may put up some pictures once I take down my holiday decorations.
On another note, my lovely boyfriend bought me my favorite flowers today, white hydrangeas and we put them up in the bedroom with his baby blue bedspread and sort of taupe-brown pillowcases. I'm sort of obsessing over the mix of the three colors. fantastic.
